Struck trough coin - Brockage
This type of error occurs when a newly minted coin remains attached to the upper or lower die during the striking phase. Simultaneously, another planchet is introduced from the feed arm into the beating chamber which is struck together with the coin not previously ejected. In certain circumstances, the coin that remains attached assumes the role of the die and imprints the imprint in incuse and in an inverted position on one side of the coin, while the opposite coin imprints the imprint in relief and in a regular position. When the trapped coin compromises only a part of the die, this error is referred to as "partial brockage". In this case, the coin will have the imprint in part in relief and in a regular position and in part in incuse and in an inverted position (EB33). error is designated as “full brockage” (EB34 and EB35).
Usually, the coin that remains attached to the upper die, after hitting some coins undergoes a “cap” deformation, totally encapsulating the surface of the die. Cap coins are extremely rare to find. This happens when workers export such specimens from the Mint illegally, for profit.

When the trapped coin compromises the entire surface of the die on which it remains attached, this error is designated as full brockage.
